Email requests

All email inquiries from media members should be directed to mediarequests@cityofallen.org. This inbox is monitored seven days a week.

Requests by phone

Requests for interview, official comment by the city manager or a department director, and supporting materials for city affairs, events and council action should be directed to the Public and Media Relations Office at 214.509.4156.

Incident inquiries and reports related to the Allen Police Department and the Allen Fire Department are provided by designated officers in the respective departments. Inquiries should be directed to:

  • Allen Police Department PIO Sgt. Jonathan Maness at 214.509.4282. After-hours inquiries should be directed to the supervisor on duty at 214.509.4321.
  • Allen Fire Department at 214.509.4400. Inquiry will be directed to appropriate point of contact for incident.

Public Information Requests

Requests submitted under the Public Information Act are handled by the City Secretary's Office. Please see the Open Government page to submit a request online or for additional information.
